Plunet Management Software for Interpreting Projects at GFT Group

Berlin/Schenkenzell, Germany – The recently founded GFT Communicate GmbH, a subsidiary of the GFT Group, has implemented Plunet as its central business and translation management system for the planning, steering and control of their interpreting projects.
GFT Gesellschaft für Technische Dienstleistungen mbH has been providing technical services to industrial enterprises and service providers since 1999, and has been a Plunet customer for the past ten years. GFT´s core competences lie in translation management, software development, technical documentation and consulting services for comprehensive process optimization projects. GFT Communicate GmbH is the latest addition to the GFT family. Its main tasks will be to manage and control all interpreting assignments for the Group. To successfully implement projects requiring teams of interpreters or individual linguists, the agency relies on a network of over 140 professional interpreters, offering more than 60 language combinations.
